The New Century Global Center in Chengdu, Sichuan province, is a staggering 19million sq.ft. and contains shopping centres, a Mediterranean village, a water park, an ice-skating rink, and multiple hotels. However, visitors to the glass panelled building need not worry about the weather as the giant complex will have its own artificial sun.

The oldest siblings in the world
Less than a year ago they earned a world-wide status for being the oldest siblings in the world. Now the secret to their long-lasting lives has been leaked, and it isn't quite what you might expect. Unlike other Mediterranean diets, which are rich in fresh fish and oily foods such as olives, the Melis siblings in Sardinia claim that a diet of regular minestrone meals has been their staple food stuff.

Dettifoss - The Most Powerful Waterfall in Europe
The waterfall Dettifoss is located in Vatnajökull National Park in Northeast Iceland, and reputed to be the most powerful waterfall in Europe. It is also the largest waterfall in Europe in terms of volume discharge, having an average water flow of 193 cubic meter per second. Its volume often increases, especially when the weather or volcanic activity prompts glacial melting on the Vatnajokull glacier icecap. The waterfall is so powerful that it makes the surrounding rocks vibrate, the vibrations can be felt by hand.

Saker S-1: A Personal Fighter Jet That Can Hit Mach 0.95
Unlike other personal jets, the Saker S-1 is fighter jet-inspired and has a cruising speed of Mach 0.95, maxing out at Mach 0.99. It features a tandem two-seat design and can handle take-off and landings from runways as short as 1,500 ft (457 m), while climbing at a rate of 14,000 ft/min (4,267 m/min).

Acrobatic Performers Travel Within a Circular Mobile Home
The Wheel House is a live performance in which two acrobatic performers entertain audiences with the slow-paced rolling travel of their mobile home. The interior space of the circular home is designed to look just like a normal house, with doors, windows, curtains, pots and pans, and even a bed. The project is produced by Acrojou Circus Theatre, a group formed in 2006 by artistic directors Jeni Barnard and Barney White. According to their website, the team has so far created six original shows, toured within nine countries, and performed to nearly 60,000 people.
Sydney Unveils Dazzling New Water Show: Vivid Aquatique
In what can only be described as a cross between Bellagio's dancing fountains and Disneyland's Fantasmic, Sydney gave us a sneak peek into their very first water show. Called Vivid Aquatique, it runs from May 24 to June 10, on the hour, every hour from 6pm to midnight. Visitors can stop by Sydney's famous Darling Harbour to see this free show that brings together all of the three key elements Vivid Sydney is known for - lights, music and creative ideas.

Terrafugia TF-X A four-seater flying car
US scientists have designed a next-gen flying car, Terrafugia TF-X, which is capable of taking off vertically and flying completely on its own. It could be on the roads within a decade. It won't require a pilot's license to operate. The Terrafugia TF-X flying car can take off vertically and has a flying range of 805 km.

“Hydroptere” is designed by a group of French engineers in order to show the different perspectives of sailing of transportation on water. After all, this sailboat can accelerate to a speed of 55.5 knots, equivalent to 103 km / h. Hydroptere multihull hydrofoil design allows the sail-powered vessel to reach high speeds on water.
